About Liverpool Roofing

What this service is

Liverpool Roofing arranges roofing work for homes and buildings across the Liverpool and Fairfield areas. You call one number, describe the problem, and we organise the inspection, the quote and the job.

The work itself is carried out by established, licensed and insured roofing contractors working to NSW Fair Trading requirements. We are open about that arrangement; there is a short note in the footer of every page and a fuller explanation on the disclaimer page.

What it means for you in practice is simple. You are not chasing four roofers for quotes and getting three callbacks. You get one point of contact, one inspection, and one written price.

How a job runs

1. You call (02) 4601 3500 or send the form. Tell us the suburb, the roof type if you know it, and what you have noticed.
2. We book an inspection. Urgent water entry gets priority. Planned work is usually booked within a few days.
3. Someone gets on the roof. Or flies a drone over it, if walking it would damage brittle tiles or put someone at risk. Either way the faults get photographed.
4. You get a written quote. Itemised, so you can see what each part costs and decide whether to do all of it or part of it.
5. The work gets done to the agreed scope, with the site cleaned up afterwards.
6. You get a written workmanship warranty on the completed work.

What we will and will not tell you

We will tell you when a roof does not need the job you rang about. If you call asking for a full restoration and the tiles are still good and only one valley has rusted, the quote will be for the valley.

We will also tell you when the cheaper job is the wrong spend. There is no value in re-pointing a roof whose tiles are breaking down, and we would rather lose that job than do it.

What we will not do is invent an inspection outcome, price work we cannot justify with a photograph, or quote a figure over the phone for a roof nobody has looked at. Roof prices move with size, pitch, material, access and how far the damage has travelled. A number given sight unseen is a guess.

Why the local detail matters

Roofs in this area fail in patterns, and knowing the patterns saves time.

The post-war estates between Liverpool and Fairfield were built quickly and mostly to the same recipe: single-storey brick, tiled hip roof, no sarking. Then almost every one of them gained something afterwards. A rear extension. An enclosed patio. A carport. A skillion over the laundry. Each addition created a junction that was not in the original design, and those junctions are where the leaks are.

Add the climate. Summers out here run hotter than the coastal suburbs, which cooks mortar and works metal fixings loose. Storms bring hail that chips concrete tiles in ways you cannot see from the footpath.

So we start at the joins, check the ridge lines, and look in the roof space rather than only on top of it.

Things we do not claim

We do not publish reviews or star ratings, because there is no verified review history behind this site yet. When there is, it will appear here and not before.

We do not print a licence number we have not verified, and we do not claim a founding year. What is true is what we have written above: licensed and insured contractors, free inspection, written quote, workmanship warranty.
