Disclaimer and referral notice

This is a referral website

Liverpool Roofing is a referral website. When you call the number on this site or send the quote form, your enquiry goes to an established, licensed and insured local roofing contractor who carries out the work.

We are not hiding that. It is stated in the footer of every page on this site, and it is stated here in full.

What it means for you:

• The inspection, the quote and the work are carried out by a licensed roofing contractor.
• Your contract for the work is with that contractor, not with this website.
• The workmanship warranty on completed work is provided by the contractor who does it.
• Any insurance, licensing and statutory obligations under NSW law sit with that contractor.

About the information on this site

The pages on this site describe common roofing problems, materials and methods in the Liverpool and Fairfield areas. It is general information written to help you understand what may be happening on your roof.

It is not advice about your specific roof. No website can tell you what is wrong with a particular building. Only an inspection can do that, which is why the inspection is free and why we photograph what we find.

Descriptions of local housing, climate and conditions are written from publicly available information and from ordinary trade experience in the area. Where something cannot be verified, we leave it out rather than guess.

Prices and quotes

No prices appear on this site, and that is deliberate.

Roofing costs are driven by roof size, pitch, material, access, the number of junctions and how far damage has spread into timber, insulation and ceilings. Two houses on the same street can need very different work for the same symptom. Any figure published in advance would be a guess, and a guess helps nobody.

A written, itemised quote is provided after the inspection. The inspection and the quote are free and carry no obligation.

Reviews, ratings and credentials

This site does not display customer reviews, star ratings or testimonials. There is no verified review history behind it yet, and inventing one would be dishonest.

For the same reason this site does not publish a contractor licence number, a founding year or a count of jobs completed. What it does say is accurate: work is carried out by established, licensed and insured roofing contractors working to NSW Fair Trading requirements, and completed work carries a written workmanship warranty.

If you want to confirm a licence before work starts, you are entitled to ask for the licence details of the contractor attending your property, and you can check them through NSW Fair Trading.

Your details

Details submitted through the quote form are used to contact you about your enquiry and to arrange the inspection and quote. They are not sold and they are not added to a marketing list.

Images on this site

Photographs on this site illustrate the type of work described. They are not presented as photographs of a particular customer, a particular address, or a job completed at your property.
