Call if water is coming in now. A ceiling that is actively wet is treated as urgent, and we try to get a cover over the area the same day where it is safe to do so.

For everything else, the form on this page is usually easier. Fill it in and we will come back to you to arrange a time.

What to have ready

You do not need any of this to call, but it speeds things up:

• Your suburb and street. It tells us which crew is closest and what the housing stock is likely to be.
• Roof type. Concrete tile, terracotta tile, or metal sheet. If you are not sure, that is fine.
• Rough age of the house, and whether anything has been added to it since.
• What you have noticed. A ceiling stain, grit in the gutters, a tile on the lawn, water over the gutter in heavy rain.
• Whether an insurance claim is involved.

What happens next

We book an inspection at a time that suits you. Someone gets onto the roof, or flies a drone over it if the tiles are too brittle to walk, and photographs what they find. You then get a written quote with the work itemised.

The inspection and the quote are free, and there is no obligation to go ahead. No pressure either way.
